"It Takes A Village To Raise A Child"

  1. Introduce the OCOS church/school partnership concept to the congregation

  2. Select a school (s) that is interested in forming a church school partnership

  3. Pastor/representatives meet with the school principal

  4. Identify a OCOS church liaison (contact person)

  5. Church liaison meets with school liaison

  6. Establish a OCOS planning team

  7. Planning team identifies a partnership focus

  8. Develop partnership program

  9. Recruit volunteers to carry out program activities

  10. Monitor and evaluate partnership
